Tom Greco

Chief Executive Officer

Tom Greco joined FleetPride as Chief Executive Officer in July 2025, bringing more than 40 years of leadership and board experience at leading Fortune 500 companies. He has a proven track record of driving sales growth, capturing market share and leading large-scale enterprise transformations.

Prior to FleetPride, Tom served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Advance Auto Parts, where he led a multi-year transformation focused on operational excellence, supply chain optimization and commercial execution. Under his leadership, Advance achieved five consecutive years of comparable sales growth, significant margin expansion and strengthened its competitive position through strategic initiatives.

Tom spent more than three decades at PepsiCo, where he held senior leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer of Frito-Lay North America, delivering sustained growth through brand innovation and disciplined execution.

Tom earned an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University in Ontario, Canada.

Stefan Crafton

CFO and Chief Integration Officer

President, TruckPro

Stefan Crafton joined the company in May 2019 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at FleetPride. Previously, Stefan served as FleetPride’s Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, where he brought over 20 years of progressive finance and analytical experience to the CFO role. Prior to joining FleetPride, Stefan spent 13 years in various senior financial leadership roles with Andeavor, a Fortune 100 energy company and one of the largest petroleum refining, marketing and logistics companies in the country.

Stefan holds a BA in Business Management from Abilene Christian University and an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Beth Corl

Chief Human Resources Officer

Beth Corl joined FleetPride in 2016 and currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer with over twenty years of experience building and leading high performing teams and organizations. Beth came to FleetPride following eight years with Marietta Corporation (later KIK Custom Products, Inc), where she most recently served as Senior Vice-President, Human Resources. During her tenure with Marietta, she led all Human Resources functions, including employee and labor relations, regulatory compliance, recruitment, compensation, benefits and payroll. Prior to Marietta, Beth spent eight years with Alcoa, serving in various Human Resources leadership positions for several of its different business units, including Kawneer.

Beth earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Union University and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Christian Brothers University. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification.

Rodney Gamble

SVP, Parts and Field Operations

Rodney Gamble joined FleetPride in 2000 and has served as Senior Vice President, Parts and Field Operations since December 2025, where he leads the company’s retail branch network and oversees its wholesale business segments, including PDC, CCC and FP OE Solutions. With nearly three decades of experience and an association with the company dating back to 1997, he drives operational excellence, customer experience and profitable growth across the organization. Throughout his career, he has built deep expertise in parts and service operations and multi-location leadership. Rodney is recognized for his hands-on approach, commitment to developing high-performing teams and ability to deliver consistent, customer-focused execution.

Reggie Jacobs

SVP, Availability

Reggie Jacobs joined FleetPride in January 2026 following the merger of TruckPro and FleetPride and serves as Senior Vice President of Availability. Prior to joining FleetPride, he spent 10 years at TruckPro, where he served as Vice President of Distribution and Transportation. Earlier in his career, Reggie was Executive Vice President at Fred’s Inc., with responsibility for the company’s supply chain network, real estate and corporate services functions. He also held distribution operations roles with both Dollar General and Walmart.

Reggie brings more than 30 years of experience in retail distribution and transportation across both public and private organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.

Mohit Jain

Chief Technology Officer

Mohit Jain joined FleetPride in January 2014 and today holds the position of Chief Information Officer. Since joining the company, Mohit most recently held the role of Vice President of Information Technology. Prior to joining FleetPride, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Frozen Food Express, a leading asset-based temperature-controlled transportation provider. Mohit has 25+ years of information technology experience in the distribution, trucking and manufacturing industries.

Mohit holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Southern Methodist University.

Mike Keller

SVP, Category Management

Mike Keller joined FleetPride in 2021 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Category Management. Mike has more than two decades of manufacturing and distribution experience in the Heavy-Duty Truck and Trailer Industry serving in various leadership positions with SAF-HOLLAND, STEMCO, FleetPride and his family’s business, Keller Truck parts (acquired by FleetPride in 2008). Mike has extensive leadership experience in category management and sourcing, general management, operations and sales management, including leadership oversight in customer service, distribution center operations, planning & inventory control and pricing.

Mike holds a Doctorate in Management and a M.S. in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and Psychology from Frostburg State University.

Dale Kendall

Chief Digital Officer

Dale Kendall joined FleetPride in March 2025 and holds the position of Chief Digital Officer. Prior to joining FleetPride, Dale spent over 20 years leading large-scale Digital and eCommerce programs at companies ranging from private equity to Silicon Valley dotcoms to Fortune 500 multinationals. Dale led eCommerce programs and digital transformations at distributors including MRC Global, WESCO, AssuraMed (later Cardinal Health) and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Dale began his career in public accounting with Coopers and Lybrand (currently PWC) and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Idaho.

Grant LaBarbera

Chief Growth Officer

Grant LaBarbera joined the company in February 2026 as Chief Growth Officer at FleetPride. He is responsible for enterprise-wide growth initiatives designed to accelerate performance across the recently combined FleetPride and TruckPro organization. He leads strategic accounts, service operations, digital marketing and technology with a focus on aligning these into a coordinated growth engine that enhances customer experience and reduces friction.

Prior to joining FleetPride, Grant served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Protech Automotive Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Caliber Collision, where he helped build one of the largest mobile service operating platforms in the United States. Previously, he held several senior leadership roles at Advance Auto Parts, including Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and DC Operations, as well as Regional Vice President of Sales and Operations. He began his career with PepsiCo, where he spent more than a decade in progressive leadership roles across both Frito-Lay and Pepsi Beverages.

Grant holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.

Baron Oursler

General Counsel

Baron Oursler, Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, brings over 20 years of legal experience including 10 years advising private equity-backed companies in a general counsel role. Before rejoining FleetPride in 2021, Baron served as SVP, General Counsel – Americas for Worldwide Flight Services, a global leader in air cargo and ground handling. Earlier in his career, he held additional in-house roles and practiced as an antitrust and complex commercial litigator in matters across Texas, New York, and the U.S.

Baron earned a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the Rawls College of Business. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and New York.

Ismael Villarreal

SVP, Supply Chain

Ismael Villarreal joined FleetPride in November 2021 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain at FleetPride, where he leads end-to-end supply chain operations, including manufacturing, distribution, inventory, transportation and operational excellence. He oversees a national network supporting more than 400 locations and a team of 700+ professionals.

He brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience across global supply chain and operations. He has led large-scale transformations delivering significant improvements in customer satisfaction, service performance and working capital. Prior to FleetPride, he held senior leadership roles at Smith+Nephew and Cardinal Health.

Ismael holds an MBA from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from ITESM Monterrey Tech. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
