Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. For FleetPride, that means understanding how it affects our team members, customers, and communities… and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations.
The safety of our team members and you, our customer, is of the utmost importance. We have established a COVID-19 task force in our Field Support Center in Irving, Texas, and we are in constant contact with all of our team members. We are following all CDC guidelines and local / state health authorities to respond to this situation. All of our team members have been educated on the signs of symptoms and given tips on how to prevent transmission in branches, including proper cleaning and sanitation processes.
As part of our business continuity plans, we have taken the following actions:
- Critical business systems have been tested and redundancy plans have been put into place.
- We are in constant communication with our supplier network to understand any potential supply chain disruptions.
- We have contingency plans to leverage our 5 distribution centers and 280+ branch locations as needed.
