COVID-19 Information

Valued FleetPride Customer,

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. For FleetPride, that means understanding how it affects our team members, customers, and communities… and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations.

The safety of our team members and you, our customer, is of the utmost importance. We have established a COVID-19 task force in our Field Support Center in Irving, Texas, and we are in constant contact with all of our team members. We are following all CDC guidelines and local / state health authorities to respond to this situation. All of our team members have been educated on the signs of symptoms and given tips on how to prevent transmission in branches, including proper cleaning and sanitation processes.

As part of our business continuity plans, we have taken the following actions:

  • Critical business systems have been tested and redundancy plans have been put into place.
  • We are in constant communication with our supplier network to understand any potential supply chain disruptions.
  • We have contingency plans to leverage our 5 distribution centers and 280+ branch locations as needed.

We want to let you know that we consider ourselves an essential business related to the nation’s supply chain and transportation industries, and as such we will be open to service your needs. All FleetPride team members are committed to providing solutions for you and your business. We have the resources, parts and services, you need to keep your vehicles on the road during this time, backed up by our robust, nationwide distribution center footprint and branch network of 280+ locations. We are taking the necessary precautions to keep customers, suppliers, and team members safe and healthy.

If you have any questions or concerns about our preparedness, or how we can safely meet your service and support needs, please contact your local branch, account manager, or business partner.

Thank you.
