QUALITY REMANUFACTURED VERSUS REBUILT
Rebuilds only repair to the level of failure, meaning any remaining componentsare unchanged. FleetPride transmissions and differentials are totally remanufactured, returning them to the latest blueprint specifications and tested to OEMstandards.

TESTING
All units are dynamometer tested to ensure they meet the strictest standards. Testingis based on OEM specifications for each unit.

Manual Transmissions:

• ALL builds conducted by an Eaton Authorized rebuilder.
• EVERY core is 100% disassembled, eliminating keyway failures and gear spin. It also ensures perfect timing of gears for assy. The teardown of shift covers eliminates shift failures and allows for full inspection of shift rails, detents & inter-locks. Springs & poppets are replaced.
• Key parts are replaced with NEW, not re-used: o NEW, OEM-approved bearings - transmission longevity starts with bearing life
• NEW entire air system - ensuring transmission shifts at the OEM air pressure - no slow or sluggish shifting or range shifts
• NEW input shafts - ensuring 100% spline life and 100% fit to flywheel pilot bearing
• NEW sliding clutches and synchronizers - critical to main shaft gear life and avoiding premature fork wear
• ALL units are dynotested while under load; this simulates actual service use and brings it up to operating temperature where shift quality can be verified

Automatic Transmissions:

• ALL units are remanufactured to Allison Authorized Specifications builds conducted by an Allison Authorized Overhaul Dealer.
• EVERY transmission is 100% disassembled. Missing a worn spline or leaving a small fragment inside a transmission will cause premature failure
• ONLY Genuine Allison components are used – solenoids, seals, filters, clutch plates & bearings made to last
• ALL AT 545 transmissions are remanufactured with a NEW Genuine Allison torque converter
• ALL units are dynotested while under load; this simulates actual service use and brings it up to operating temperature where shift quality can be verified

Differentials:

• EVERY differential is 100% disassembled; ALL parts and components are inspected
• 100% replacement of ALL wear parts, including bearings: seals, bolt kits, snap rings and shims
• ONLY gears that meet OEM specifications are used
• OEM specification levels define salvage criteria
• Cases are inspected and machined to OEM levels
