Allan R. Dragone, Jr._CEO

CEO

Mr. Allan R. Dragone, Jr., also known as Al, was selected as FleetPride Chief Executive Officer in March 2016 by the company's Board of Directors. Most recently, Mr. Dragone served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of GCA Services Group, Inc. until January 2016. Prior to GCA, Mr. Dragone served as Chief Executive Officer of Unisource Worldwide Inc. from February 2004 until the company merged and was taken public in 2014. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Graphic Communications, Inc. until the sale to Bain Capital and incorporated into Unisource Worldwide in 2003. He has over 30 years of executive management experience in leading large, national companies in the service sector. Mr. Dragone started his career with Champion International in 1978 and served in various roles, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing for International and Newsprint. In 1998, he left to lead Graphic Communications. He has an undergraduate degree from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Amath Fall joined FleetPride in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. Before FleetPride, Amath Fall was the CFO and COO of Ryan Herco Flow Solutions. Amath Fall comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the distribution business. Over his career, he held several management and executive positions in many companies of various sizes and industries where he managed various functions including Accounting and Finance, Operations, and Information Technology. Prior to Ryan Herco, he served as CFO of Performance Team Freight Systems, VP planning of Nashfinch Co., and VP planning of AmeriCold Logistics. Amath Fall's extensive experience in Finance and distribution operations has enabled him to be a business transformation agent for the companies he worked for.

Amath Fall earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master's degree in Business Economics from the University of Nebraska. He is an active Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.

Robert Sammons_CMO

Robert Sammons

Robert Sammons joined FleetPride in 2014 as Chief Merchandising Officer. Sammons brings extensive merchandising experience in the areas of category management, assortment standardization and rationalization, showroom and plan-o-gram design, product lifecycle management, exclusive brands, inventory planning and supplier performance management. He comes to FleetPride from Pep Boys, a $2B automotive parts and tire business, where he was VP, Merchandising. In this role, Sammons led the Category Management process and team, designed and implemented a parts line review process, realigned branded and private label product mix and was instrumental in restoring competitiveness across all parts categories. Prior to his nine years of experience at Pep Boys, he held key merchandising leadership roles during his ten years at AutoZone. Sammons earned a BBA from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the University of Texas, Arlington.

In September 2014, Scott Cisney was promoted to SVP, Branch Operations. Cisney joined FleetPride in April 2013 as RVP for the Southwest Region. Cisney's strong track record of building businesses from the ground up, being able to quickly formulate a strategy and delivering results made him a good fit for the organization. Cisney joined FleetPride from Orchard Supply Hardware, where he served as Regional Vice President with responsibilities that included development of best practices and efficiencies, general operations, sales and EBITDA performance. Prior to Orchard, he held a variety of leadership positions in growth stage companies, consistently improving operational performance. In 2009, Cisney was President and GM for Northwoods Land and Lakes, Inc., and VP & GM for Naterra Land, Inc., both real estate development companies in 2006. He also worked for Gander Mountain Co. for over ten years in several key leadership roles. Cisney received his BS in Economics from the University of Minnesota. 

Jeff Rudy_SVP of Supply Chain

Jeff Rudy joined FleetPride in 2016 as SVP of Supply Chain. Prior to joining Fleetpride Jeff spent 10 years at Unisource Worldwide, a $4.5 billion Bain Capital owned industrial distributor. At Unisource Jeff was President - Supply Chain where he was responsible for end-to-end supply chain management and the company's third party logistics business unit. Before Unisource, Jeff was vice president of distribution for Fisher Scientific and regional vice president of supply chain operations at Office Depot. He started his career in front line operations management roles at UPS and Toys R Us. He holds a Master of Science degree in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.

Mike Paxton joined FleetPride in 2008 as Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions. During that time, Paxton has overseen FleetPride’s expansion through the acquisition and integration of over 40 businesses adding in excess of 100 branch locations to its network. Prior to FleetPride, Paxton spent 15 years in the waste industry holding positions of Vice President Acquisitions and Vice President Corporate Controller and was a founding member of WCA Waste Corporation. Paxton is an active Certified Public Accountant and received his BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston.

Beth Corl joined FleetPride in 2016 as Senior Vice-President, Human Resources. Ms. Corl has over twenty years of experience building and leading high performing teams and organizations. Ms. Corl came to FleetPride following eight years with Marietta Corporation (later KIK Custom Products, Inc), where she had ascended to the role of SVP, Human Resources. During her tenure with Marietta, she led all Human Resources functions, including employee/labor relations, regulatory compliance, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and payroll. Prior to Marietta, Ms. Corl spent eight years with Alcoa, serving in various Human Resources leadership positions for a number of its different business units, including, lastly, Kawneer, an Alcoa Company. Ms. Corl holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Union University and her Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Christian Brothers University.
